Hi all, I have created this blog because I currently do not have the time to create all the functionality we need to make the club website good, right now a large proportion of my time is spent programming for my degree, so it's difficult for me to spend any more time staring at code than I already do!

Instead, I have created this blog - it comes with all the features and functionality we need, so it's more convenitent for people to upload news, articles and pictures.
The forum is no longer here, but it wasn't really getting much use anyway and it was so inactive that it was starting to be spammed. Articles may be commented on by any members, so there is still a way to get user feedback, however, this is still being maintained on our webspace so putting the forum back is not a problem.

I have talked to a couple of people who I know would be interested in authoring some articles, namely Guy, who I am sure will be responsible for the bulk of the content that goes up here. Please email me or talk to me at the club if you would be interested in uploading articles, also, club forwarding email address are availalbe (name@sdgc.co.uk).
